FinanceFirst Bank's existing website suffered from outdated design, poor mobile experience, and low customer engagement metrics. We undertook a complete UX research and redesign initiative starting with user interviews, heatmap analysis of the existing site, and competitive benchmarking of leading financial institution websites. Our design team created wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes that modernized the bank's digital presence while maintaining trust signals critical for financial services. The redesigned website, developed with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, achieved a 95+ Lighthouse performance score, improved mobile conversion rates by 65%, and reduced average page load time from 4.2 seconds to 1.1 seconds. The new design system established consistent visual standards for all future digital products.
