We developed a full-featured Hospital Management System covering patient registration and medical records, appointment scheduling, doctor and staff management, pharmacy inventory, laboratory test management, billing and invoicing, and a reporting dashboard for hospital administrators. The React-powered frontend delivers a responsive, real-time experience for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. PostgreSQL ensures ACID-compliant data integrity for critical medical records. Docker containerization simplified deployment and enabled easy scaling. The system reduced administrative paperwork by 80% and improved patient throughput significantly.
